Other Available Membership Options

Resident Social

45 and older

Allows tennis, pool, clubhouse and dining privileges including involvement in all social related activities. Golf privileges up to 20 times annually available with applicable fees. (From December 1st thru February 15th there's no limit on your play at Winter Golf Play Rates.)



Family Dues

Choose Annually $2336 or Semi-Annually $1168 or Monthly $204.40


Single Dues

Choose Annually $2134 or Semi-Annually $1067 or Monthly $186.72

Annual & Semi-Annual Billing both enjoy a 5% Savings. All Dues options include Capital Improvement Fee.


Resident Full

45 and older

Allows full golf privileges, tennis, pool, clubhouse and dining privileges including involvement in all social related activities.



Family Dues

Choose Annually $4038 or Billed Semi-Annually $2019 or Payable monthly $353.32


Single Dues
Choose Annually $3838 or Billed Semi-Annually $1919 or Payable monthly $335.82

Annual & Semi-Annual Billing both enjoy a 5% Savings. All Dues options include a Capital Improvement Fee.

Young Adult Full

18 - 44 years old

Allows full golf privileges, tennis, pool, clubhouse and dining privileges including involvement in all social related activities.


Family Dues

Dues Payable Monthly Only. Sliding Scale based on age ranging from $164 to $306.
Age 18-32 = $164, 33-37=$193, 38-41=$249, 42-44=$306


Single Dues

Dues Payable Monthly. Sliding Scale based on age ranging from $142 to $284.
Age 18-32=$142, 33-37=$171, 38-41=$228, 42-44=$284
 Both include a Capital Improvement Fee Monthly.


Young Adult Social

Family Dues

Dues Payable Monthly. Sliding Scale based on age from $104 to $180.
Age 18-32=$104, 33-37=$120, 38-41=$149, 42-44=$180


Single Dues
Dues Payable Monthly. Sliding Scale based on age from $74 to $160.
Age 18-32=$74, 33-37=$85, 38-41=$123, 42-44=$160

All Dues options include a Capital Improvement Fee.

Non-Resident Full

45 and older

Allows full golf privileges, tennis, pool, clubhouse and dining privileges including involvement in all social related activities.


Family/Single Dues

Choose Annually $2850 or Semi-Annually at $1425 or Monthly $249.37

Non-Resident Social

45 and older

Company Sponsored Membership

  • Minimum of 3 Employees to qualify
  • Employees may select any Resident Membership Category
  • 25% Dues Discount to the group; includes current members
  • Each employee has an annual Food & Beverage Minimum for their membership category
  • Corporate Membership Initiation Fee is $400 per individual membership for all new members
  • Transfer Fee of $200 when replacing a current employee. Food & Beverage Minimum will be prorated for both individuals.
  • If there are less than 3 employees in the company’s plan, the company has 30 days to appoint a new employee or the dues discount will cease for all employees until the company has at least 3 employees. The discounts will be reinstated the following month
  • The Club will bill the employee each month, but the company assumes joint liability for full payment of all employee accounts
  • Employees who leave their company plan can transfer to one of the club’s standard plans, at prevailing rates with a transfer fee of $200
